  • 96 g cheesecake pudding
  • 240 ml milk cold
  • 240 ml Rumchata
  • 227 g Cool Whip
  • 240 g graham cracker crumbs
Garnish
  • whipped cream optional
  • graham cracker crumbs optional
  • maraschino cherries optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk the cold milk and Rumchata into the pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Fill 2oz shot cups with ½-¾ tbsp graham cracker crumbs, followed by the pudding mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs and maraschino cherries, if using. Enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute the milk and Cool Whip with coconut milk and whipped coconut cream. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
