- Place cream cheese in a small bowl and beat until fluffy and smooth.
- Add feta cheese, cranberries, and chives to the beaten cream cheese. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, remove plastic wrap and slice the rolls into desired thickness.
Notes
These roll ups are great for parties. You can prepare them a day in advance and slice just before serving. Consider adding some nuts for an extra crunch.
