- Rinse and completely dry your strawberries. Lay out parchment or wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- Melt the marshmallow cream in the microwave for about 1 minute in a deep glass bowl.
- Stir the melted marshmallow cream with a spoon.
- Quickly dip the strawberries into the melted mixture and lay them on the covered cookie sheet.
- Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes until the marshmallow cream is more stiff.
- Melt the chocolate chips, pour into a ziplock bag, cut a small hole, and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Crumble the graham crackers over the strawberries while the chocolate is still soft.
- Place back in the fridge for about 20 - 30 minutes or until set.
Notes
Ensure your strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the marshmallow cream adhere better. These are perfect for a summer party or as a sweet treat.
