Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 150 g brown sugar packed
  • 113 g butter room temperature
  • 60 g margarine
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 g egg room temperature
  • 260 g all-purpose flour scooped lightly
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding 3.4 ounce, not cook & serve
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 130 g semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for after baking
  • 180 g white chocolate chips plus more for after baking
  • 200 g Valentine M&M's divided

Method
 

  1. In a mixer bowl, beat the butter, margarine, sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla, beat well.
  3. Add in the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt, slowly stir first and then beat until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
  4. Slowly stir in chocolate and white chocolate chips.
  5. Fold in ½ of the M&M's.
  6. Remove the beater, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  7. The next day, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Roll the dough into balls, place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 9-12 minutes.
  9. Remove and immediately top each cookie with extra chocolate chips and M&M's before they cool.
  10. Leave cookies on baking sheet to cool.
  11. Repeat this process with remaining dough.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Ensure the cookie sheet is cold for each batch to bake consistently.
