  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • red food coloring or 1 tbsp beet juice concentrate
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Toppings
  • mini chocolate chips or red velvet cake crumbs for garnish (optional)
  • fresh raspberries or white chocolate ganache (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Press into the base of your serving dish.

  3. Gently fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Spread over the crust.
